Made with exclusively Stone-Ground, Local Grains from Farmer Ground in Trumansburg, NY, this is our Golden Rye. Made with a Sifted Wheat and Whole Rye grain bill, this bread has a slightly higher hydration with a soft, moist interior and dark golden crust. Slightly sweeter in flavor, due to the germ and a small amount of the fine-ground bran that make it into the flour.
This bread is the most nutrient-dense you can get in a sifted whole-grain bread.
