Made with exclusively Stone-Ground, Local Grains from Farmer Ground in Trumansburg, NY, this is our Golden Rye. Made with a Sifted Wheat, Whole Wheat, Whole Spelt, and Whole Rye grain bill, this bread has a beautifully nutty character. Sweeter in flavor, due to the bran being left in a portion of this flour.

This bread is 25% Whole Grain and 75% Sifted Whole Grain.
