Milled from grains grown at Farmer Ground in Trumansburg, NY — a bill of sifted whole wheat, whole wheat and whole rye. Beautifully nutty, and sweeter than you expect, because the bran is left in a portion of the flour.
35% whole grain, 65% sifted whole grain.
Ingredients
Filtered water, stone-ground sifted wheat flour*, stone-ground whole wheat flour*, stone-ground whole rye flour*, Mediterranean sea salt, and love.
