I’ve eaten a lot of bread in my life, but this sourdough focaccia is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Period. The contrast between the golden crunch of the crust and the insanely pillowy, moist center is mind-blowing. The sourdough depth takes it to a whole new level. It’s incredibly rich and filling—a total masterpiece in a single slice.
So delicious! Perfectly crusty, light, and flavorful. Great chew on the crust. And really big! Highly recommend.
I’ve never had sourdough focaccia, before I wasn’t sure what to expect. I brought it as a Shabbos treat for me and my family. We were all so excited with the way it looked and the way it tasted. first of all it was a different shape so it was more uniform to cut. It had a wonderful sourdough taste and airy texture. The spices on the top were high quality savory and absolutely delicious.
The most incredible focaccia ever!
