A half size boule — our Honey White, with Ceylon cinnamon and Deglet Noor dates laminated through it.

Ceylon is the true cinnamon — delicate and floral, not the hot bark most people know. The dates go soft and jammy in the bake; you will find them in ribbons through the slice.

Proofed in a small round banneton. Crisp thin crust, moist and tender crumb, honey forward, the tang pulled back.

Toast it. Butter it. Try to leave some for the seudah.

Ingredients: 100% Organic White Flour, Filtered Water, Honey, Deglet Noor Dates, Stone Ground Organic Rye Flour, Ceylon Cinnamon, Mediterranean Sea Salt, and Love.

Dusted with Organic Rice Flour to avoid introducing new gluten after fermentation.
