Naturally leavened (no Yeast added).

Identical formulation to the crusts, so quality and texture are consistent. Each portion is sized for easy handling, giving uniform results at home.

Made with 20% sifted whole wheat.

White flour*, filtered water, stone-ground sifted wheat flour*, Mediterranean sea salt, stone-ground rye flour*, and love.
