Our Classic White, turned toward the new year.

The same long-fermented white and rye dough, now enriched with honey. A softer, golden crumb and a crust that bakes a shade darker and a shade sweeter.

Crispy Thin Crust

Moist and tender crumb. The tang pulls back and the honey comes forward.

Made for a Rosh Hashanah table, and for the sweet year we are all asking for.

Ingredients: 100% Organic White Flour, Filtered Water, Honey, Stone Ground Organic Rye Flour, Mediterranean Sea Salt, and Love.

Dusted with Organic Rice Flour to avoid introducing new gluten after fermentation.
