Ceylon cinnamon and Deglet Noor dates through an open, airy crumb, baked in extra virgin olive oil and finished with a honey drizzle straight out of the oven.
Crisp and lacquered on top. Custardy underneath.
Pulls apart by hand. Best warm, and best shared.
